…is always Monday.
For me it is an extremely busy day at work where I am constantly scrambling to get everything done by the time it all needs to be done. This is then followed by a rushed lunch and then more scrambling and clean-up from all the stuff that happened while I was out over the weekend.
The past holiday last Friday just made things that much worse. I have learned that in my job a day off just means I have to do more in less time. The work does not go away because I do. My vacation in May also proved that. I had to do 2 days of “clean up” to get everything the way it is supposed to be.
I am now facing many Windows Vista frustrations that are snowballing into full blown anger. Microsoft can shove Vista up their ass. All the “enhancements” are a half-assed attempt at copying Mac OS X. Then the compatibility issues with drivers and programs are plagueing my progress.
So, historically and statistically, Monday is the worse day of the week. This rings especially true for me. I cannot wait until Friday. Its now time for the pub!
